Make the most of your visit to Bodysgallen Spa
Located just a short walk from the hotel, with its own car park close by, the Spa houses a large indoor swimming pool with spa bath, steam room and sauna at one end, gymnasium, six spa treatment rooms, Club Room and a relaxation room.
A variety of beauty and well-being treatments are offered using products by Aromatherapy Associates, Environ, Caci, and Jessica. Full and half day spa packages are available, which include two hours use of the Spa.
The gymnasium is well equipped with the latest cardio-vascular equipment and a Power Plate, suitable for all ranges of fitness, is air-conditioned and overlooks the pool. A qualified Personal Trainer is available to tailor a programme to improve your fitness levels.
The Spa Club Room and sun terrace with views towards the ruins of Deganwy Castle, is open daily to both hotel guests and day guests, where you can enjoy a variety of light refreshments, beverages and snacks.
Sun worshippers will find a secluded sun garden next to the pool where they may sunbathe.
There is also a croquet lawn in the hotel grounds and several golf courses in the vicinity of the hotel.
